Couldn't deploy vSphere Replication OVF

Hi,

I'm trying to deploy VMware-vSphere_Replication-5.1.0.1-885064.ova. I can select local file source and I can review details and accept EULAs. I can select name and folder. But after selecting storage (nevermind which one) validating runs for a long time and it ends with "cURL error: Couldn't connect to server" message. The same on both nodes of cluster.

We're running VMware vCenter Server Appliance 5.1.0.5100.

Any idea, please?

Tomas

you are going to need to log a call so that we can see the logs.

99.9% of the time its VERY simple to set this up. looks like there are some blocks somewhere on your network/firewalls stopping things working here. have you opened up all of the required ports between the various components? (see link bottom of this reply)

VMware KB: Port numbers that must be open for Site Recovery Manager, vSphere Replication, and vCente...
