Datastore's Performance data

Under a Datastore's performance tab if I select <Performance> in the [View] dropdown I can see several graphs.  My problem is that most of them state "no data available".

Is there a switch I need to turn on or a driver that needs to be installed in order for these metrics to be collected ?

Thanks

This can be a problem in 5.0U1 -- I wrote a thing about it at http://rainbow.chard.org/2012/04/23/restoring-datastore-performance-graphs-after-upgrading-to-vcente....  There's a KB about it too but the procedure is quite convoluted, so I wrote a walk-through.

Great article!! I didn't have to specify the IP(actually, I used the FQDN) of my vcenter server twice(with respect to the last full PS cmd)- looks to have worked. I DO use SIOC so we'll be keeping an eye on things.
