cloneing windows server 2008r2 fiald with costomizing

I was trying to clone a windows server 2008r2 MV from a ESXi5.1 Host to the same host itself with costomizing options & it failed. the error is as below:

can anyone tell me the way i can fix it.

Hi,

Did you check here : Troubleshooting Windows Guest Customization Error

So try to uninstall and reinstall your vmware tools, convert your VM to template and then deploy it.

Did you have a dynamic volume on your Guest os?
