Hi people,
we've got an issue with a disk on the array directly attached to our server.
We changed the disk and it seems the raid managed to reconstruct itself
now we can see the lun into storage adapter menu

But nothing shows up in the storage menu (refresh has been done several time)
here are some command i made to help for the investigation
