Lab Guides to help prepare for VCP Exam ?

I am trying to prepare for the VCP Exam and be ready for a VMware class I am scheduled for in August.  I have downloaded the Blueprint for the exam and all of the pdf's listed in the Blueprint.

I have been searching for labs to help me get familiarity with tasks on the exam that I may not encounter in real life for some time, if ever.  Havent been able to find anything.

Has anyone had luck on this search ?  If not, any suggestions ?

I think you can use the blueprint and the documentation to work through the various scenarios.

Look for VCAP-DCA lab guides also and follow those.

If you have taken the vSphere ICM class already use the lab guide to build and environment and go through the labs in the book. As much as I like autolab planning/building it yourself from scratch is a great learning experience.
