Hurry!!!Need a help!! VM is orphaned after reboot esx while vm is running!

Hurry!!! VM is orphaned after reboot esx while vm is running!  esx is 4.1 and vcenter is 4

After reboot esx while vm is running

1.vm is orphaned

2.in this esx, I can't find vm's vmdk or vmx

3.in this esx 's  datastore,no vm's vmdk or vmx

4.in vcenter,i find the vm which is orphaned ,in a datastore but my all esx not contain this datastore .

5.i have tried many ways from Internet,but can not solve it.

this is datastore that vm is in it,but no any vm files in it now.jpgthis is a datastore but no access hosts.jpg

Can you check the same from command line and check if the vm directory is there, Also are you able to access datastore from command line

I have look for the vm directory and datastore by command line,but can't find anything.

Do you see the datastore directory. or is the datastore accessible

After reboot  esx while vm is running, all vm that orphaned in datastore(19)

in vcenter ,I can see datastore(19)

But any esx couldn't access the datastore

Check why the datastore is not accessible. Do a rescan of the host. Reboot the host if possible.

Once the datastore is accessible, remove the vm from inventory and reregister it back. the vm vmx file should be back

the esx has reboot,but problem not resolve.

i have do a rescan of host,but the datastore is not accessible.

the datastore(19) is strange , any esx is not accessible.
