Send me an email at lbourque@vmware.com. I run the US ICWs. We are looking at getting a portuguese ICW but nothing is firmed up yet. We don't host ICWs in Palo Alto in the US. They are either in Dallas, Denver or Boston. Our next one is at the end of July in Boston.
