Removing Replicas

In an attempt to remove all the Replica instances in my VM, I am running into an error.

C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware View Composer>SviConfig.exe -operation=Find

UnusedReplica -DsnName=<nameofmydsn> -DbUsername=<domain\<user> -

DbPassword=<pass>

Establishing database connection.

Database connection established successfully.

Exploring replica.

Load data from SVI_VC_CONFIG_ENTRY table.

Load replica info from database.

SviConfig finished with an error. Exit code: 4

Soap exception connecting to VirtualCenter, url = https://192.168.1.30:443/sdk

I have removed the Replicas by logging into the vSphere, disconnected the VM from vCenter, Removed then Added it back.  However now the folders and vmbks are still present taking up disk space.  Deleting the folders errors out.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Do you get an in use message when trying to delete them?      Is it possible that they are still attached to clones?

Only error I'd get when attempting to delete the folder while browsing the datastore is "Cannot delete file [<datastore name>] replica-<long string of characters>

They shouldn't be in use (in theory) as I rebuilt the image and recomposed all desktops.

I figured it out.  The .vmdk was attached to another Linked Clone, one out of 20.  Once I removed the attachment, I was able to delete the folder and file.
