Mouse Cursor issues with Windows 7

I have a client who is telling me that they are having issues with the mouse cursor in View. They are running View 5.0 with Windows 7 32+64bit Pools. The issue has been reported in both. I have included a photo of what they are telling me is happening. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and possibly has a solution. As always, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have not found a solution yet. I'm going to be upgrade to 5.1 but I do not expect that to do anything.

We are seeing this same issue in our production 5.0 environment and test 5.1.2 envionrment. Our clients connect on with the view client on either Windows XP or 7 64 bit running on Optiplex 960 and have either 2 or 3 monitors.

The problem is so random it is hard to troubleshoot. One thing I've noticed if you move the mouse to the upper left hand corner of their primary screen the cursor will switch back to normal.
