What features lost in View 5.2 if your don't have vSphere 5.2

Hello,

We currently have View 5.0 running on vcenter/vSphere 4.1.  We were looking to upgrade to View 5.2.

In the View 5.2 reviewers document it recommends you have the latest vSphere 5.1 Update 1 to take advantage of all features in View 5.2

I don't really want to upgrade the client to vSphere 5.1, so what features am I missing out on.  I can't find anywhere where it says.

Thanks!

Hi,

the following features will only work with the latest combination:

- VM disk space reclamation  (use of Sparse-SE virtual disks)

- Windows 8 Support

View Accelerator should be also working on vSphere 5.0

You will also loose the ability to use vSGA, that is the Shared 3D Graphics Acceleration.
