Windows 2008 R2 install with VMWare Player

My company is considering using Windows Server 2008 R2 as a platform for  a couple VM's. We already have R2 installed on a physical server, so I  download the 180 day trial version. When I tried to install the ISO  image on my VMWare Player it asks for a  Windows License key . My question is; is there somewhere I can get this  code?  Or did I download the wrong version of 2008 R2? Or is there  something I need to do pre-install to keep VMWare from asking for the  license key. Any insight would be appreciated.  Thanks.

You are most likely using VMware Player's "Easy Install" feature, which asks for the settings and key to run an unattended installation!? To install the OS interactively, select "I will install the OS later" when you create the VM, rather than selecting the installation ISO/DVD.
