VMWare VirtualCenter Server Service will not start

Hi,

   I am running VMWare VirtualCenter Server on a Windows 2008 R2 machine. I noticed the other day I was unable to log into Server using the VI Client. When I try to start the Service I get this error.... 

"Windows could not start the VMWare VirtualCenter Server on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Logs. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and rever to service-specific error code 2

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am able to log into my Host Directly just not the VirtualCenter Server.

Hi,

What version of SQL are you using? if using SQL express may be port related see -
