Please suggest, do we need to bind the FC ports with vmkernel port?
and also suggest how to configure or use Fc ports for vMotion

No need to bind FC (Fiber Channel) HBA's to VMkernel ports. This is only an option for iSCSI(either SW-iSCSI or dependent iSCSI HBAs). For vMotion you cannot use FC, you need network adapters for this feature.
