How to clear vApp's VSE from VCD DB

I have a vApp which has a NAT Routed internal network.  The VSE deployed is no longer in the VCNS appliance but is still listed in the VCD DB.  As such I cannot stop the vApp.  I was able to delete the VM's out of the vApp though.

I have checked the VCNS DB and the network isn't listed there at all.

VCD       5.1.0-810718

VCNS     5.1.0-807847

VCD DB  MSSQL

I have a feeling I'm going to have to remove the network/vApp from the VCD DB.  Any help would be appreciated.

What errro are you getting during the start.

I ask because we see this from time to time, and we never have to delete the the DB - but hunt down and remove a port group in vCenter that has been left behind.  Wondering if it is the same issue.

(Many times a VSE does not shutdown fast, so it gets left behind.  So the portgroup delete can not be done - so... it is just left, and until cleared by hand a vapp will not be able to start)

The VSE and portgroup on the dvSwitch are both gone.

The vApp is started but I can't stop (or Force Stop) it.  I get Unable to stop network "vAppNetwork(urn:uuid:a1e5f3c3-30c2-46ea-ad20-341a6f142d96)".  That's all the VCD logs state as well.  When I look at

I thought about trying to remove the network from the DB but I'm not comfortable doing that.  In Lab Manager you could restart the LM service and it would "scavenge" the DB and clean this stuff up. Not sure that'll help here.
