User access granularity to Organization vDC

Hi,

We are using vCloud Director 5.1 and are just starting to add customers to this.  While configuring Organization's and Organization vDC's I see  the need to restrict access to different vDC's for some users within the same Organization.   Are there any way to configure user/group access to each vDC in an Organization ?

Example:

I have an Organization "Customer Truck".  This customer have 5 development projects running and all 5 need a vDC for their servers.  User1 have access to "OrgvDC1", but should not have access to any of the other vDC's - is that possible or do I have to make an Organization per project ?

If you want a dedicated Org vDC Per User/Project, you need an Organization Per User/Project then.

If you have multiple users per Org, the will have access to deploy to any Org vDC you have given to an Org.

I think you might be able to get around this with Quotas.  Each Org vDC could have a quota equal to the number of required VMs (if it's very explicit).

then each user could have a running VM quota equal to the same.

then each user could make a vApp of the required size, and each Org vDC could only support a single instance of that specific size.

that's a really wonky workaround, but might help.
