Error - Could not load multiboot modules:bad parameter

Hello.

Install VMware ESXi 5.1 (CD ISO) Installable on Intel S5500WB / 2 x E5645 / 32Gb RAM / LSI MegaRAID SAS 9260-4i / 4x600Gb SAS

server fail with error:

The system has found a problem on yourt machine and cannot continue

Could not load multiboot modules:bad parameter

May be someone help me to understand what does it mean and why it going?

Hardware looks like compatable:

Intel S5500WB http://partnerweb.vmware.com/comp_guide2/detail.php?deviceCategory=server&productid=14227&vcl=true

Same for me in HP Proliant DL360 G5

Hi

Is your machine at the latest BIOS level for the motherboard? What about the controllers as from that error it looks like you RAID controller isn't communicating correctly

Hi

I don't think the HP Proliant DL360 G5 is compatible with ESXi 5.1 so that would be your problem

CD Immage was broken.

With new CD insall was comleted without errors.
