Load Balancing VCS

I am trying to determine if my two view managers (5.0.1) are being load balanced correctly with our load-balancer hardware solution. I am trying to get confirmation from within the View admin GUI by accessing "Monitoring" on the left pane and then "Remote Sessions". On the right pane, under the Security Server column, I should see either ServerA or ServerB for each connection. However, the 5 current connections I have are only showing ServerA on just two connections. The other 3 are not showing any View server name. So I am trying to figure out why. My load-balancer hardware engineers indicates he sees 3 connections on ServerB and two connections on ServerA. I am convinced it is load balanced correctly. I am just trying to see why one View server is not displaying its name correctly in the "Remote Sessions" area.

Furthermore, under the "Dashboard" area in the View Manager, I am showing ServerB has a question mark by it. ServerA has the nice green up arrow displaying. I believe these two issues are one and the same. I can access ServerA and all View related services are running. I can even reboot the server and it is still not showing the familar Green up arrow.

Any advice?

Not sure why you sent me a link on Veritas Cluster Servers?

The acronym is the same View Connection Server, but totally different.
