How to export a couple of metrics in one csv file

Hello,

is there any posibility to export more metric data to one csv file? In the metric diagram you can export one graph to a csv file but if you do not seperate the graphs the export action is not avaiable. So I have to export each graph into a seperate csv file. Is there any posibility to export it in one csv file via gui or cli?

Thank for help.

Hi Marcus, have you looked into the Repository Adapter?  That may get you what you want.

Any info on a way to do this on the fly? I get hit all the time with the comment of.... if they can do one, why cant they let you select the ones you need for export from a common screen. Great enhancement request if it isnt already.

You can use the GET APIs to do that. The API documentation is available on the vROps installation itself. https://<vROpsNodeIP>/suite-api/api

The other option is to create a LIST view of all the metrics you need for a given set object/s and then export the view as csv.

Sunny,

Using the List views shows only 1 row per subject (transformed/summarized to show last, min or max). Is there a way I can list historical data?
