Unable to enter vCAC licence file

Hey to all,

I'm trying to enter the vCAC licence file (evaluation licence that I downloaded from vmware) in the installation proccess, and I get this error:

vcac.png

I have no other licence file, and I haven't made any changes to this file since downloading it.

Any idea?

well I did try to change the extention of the file from .xml to .txt once to see if the error changes or somthing like that. I switched it back due.

still, same error.

.txt is fine. You just can't copy/paste it. You need to try download it as is and use that. Had same issue. If I remember correctly, I downloaded it on linux and just copied it to vcac-server to make it work.

Correct you cannot copy and paste the contents of the license file into a new file and then use that, you need to use the .xml file which you download from VMware. ArielGraner did you get this sorted in the end?
