FAILED: Unable to reconfigure the destination virtual machine

hi guys

I am Vmware converter 5.0.1 and source Machice W2003 x32, ESXi 5.1

the issue I am having is this

FAILED: Unable to reconfigure the destination virtual machine

Error: An error occurred during reconfiguration.

Error: Cannot open the destination virtual machine for reconfiguration.

I am not able to find something in the logs, any help please I am attaching the logs.

I've already tried usin another LSI Bus and LSI Logic Controller and same issue

boot.ini looks fine

I tried with converter 4.3 and it worked as it should  looks like a bug in 5.0.1

I got the same error while converting a Win2003 Server. It has a EISA partition, and I think that this is causing the error..

Any clues?

How did you fix it yourself?

Any help would be appreciated.
