Does vCO 5.1 comes with vCenter 5.1 appliance?  If not, how to configure?  Gurus, can you suggest a document or procedures?

I tried to use the appliance.  I deployed it now.  I do not have DHCP in my environment.  Hence vCO appliace could not pickup any IP address.  I could find the default cosole login user name and password.  Documentation only talks about changing the password at teh DHCP IP that is picked up by vCO.  Anyone knows it already the default user/password?

If you deploy it from vCenter you should be able to setup an IP as in the following article : http://professionalvmware.com/2011/10/orchestrator-install-the-vco-vapp/

Not sure what is happening in your setup. Otherwise the root password is vmware.
