Capacity Planner Data Manager V 2.7.2 - IPC$ Map, Registy error

Hi All,

I am facing an issue while running CP against a few set of servers. I am not able to retrive the CPU inventory on a set of IBM make servers (all running SAP application), although Memory Inventory, disk inventory shows true. Upon running the test connection I get the following results

Individual test Results

Name resolution IP resolution Success

Connectivity Trace Route Success

Services WMI Success

Services IPC$ Map Failed Host not up

Services Regisrty Failed Host not up

Services Perf Mon. Success

I have confirmed the user (configured for CP) has admin rights, remote regisrty service is running. This is only happening to a set of servers mainly running SAP and on IBM platform. Please advice.

The first thing I would try is to restart the WMI service on the target machines.

Hi, I am having the same problem, I am using the Domian Administrator account, did you have a solve for your problem??
