Performance Graphs Issue.

Hi All,

I've recently noticed that some of the data in the performance graphs is missing.

This only affects certain virtual machines and also only affects advanced graphs. All data is missing from the time I upgraded from vCenter 4.0 to 4.1 update 2.

As I said this only affects certain VM's. All hosts and the majority of the VM's are all fine. I can confirm that these VM's existed before the 4.1 U2 upgrade. There is the data in the graphs if I look under the "overview" view.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Mike.

Hi,

Check if all your VMs are updated with VMware Tools, since you upgraded your ESXi hosts the VMs also need to be upgraded to latest VMware tools.

Hope this information resolves your issue.

Use this KB, and dive into your database to verify the data exists. Then you might need to recreate a couple jobs, then try.
