VCOPS Super Metrics only in Enterprise Edition?

I'm looking to create a number of Super Metrics and Super Metrics packages for my VCOPS installation but it looks like the Environment tab isn't available in my version of VCOPS. Is it only available in Enterprise Edition?

Super Metrics management is only available in the custom-ui, for which you need the enterprise license.

I found all the super metric settings under this url
