vmware Fusion 5 #FAIL

great I purchased your vmware fusion product and today I get told I can upgrade

only I can not purchase the vmware fusion 5 in the store...

to top that off I just purchased the product and I'm thinking since you cant update stores correctly that you wont have grandfathered in exsiting customers

this is a great way to screw up vmware... not building confidence at all

I tried to phone someone in australia and low no one apart from a overrun receptionist will answer the calls I simply get voicemail...

Hi,

Can anybody give me the link to buy the update lic. key for fusion 5? I could download the fusion 5 img, now i need a key, i can't get back to fusion 4 without new install. But where can i get the new lic key????

There are people they have already bougth a key, but how did they that?

When you click on the buy now of Fusion 4 you will get redirected to the Fusion 5 store page.

Still failing for Australians and APAC

ok how about not turning on adverts until your actually selling the edition...

YES I KNOW it works in the USA

it FAILS in AUSTRALIA and others such as Hong Kong

so no one has phoned me back even though I left messages asking about vsphere and fusion pricing...

its really not that hard... I have money in my pocket...
