As shown in the attachment I had a VM called "Termial Server" in ESXi 5. I deleted it by right clicking on it and going to Delete from Disk. It removed it from the inventory and I suppose the large disk file was deleted too. Why does ESX 5 not delete the entire folder? As you can see when I browse the datastore its still there. I can click on it in the datastor and click X to delete it still and that works but why do I have too?
Also there seems to be a Inializing ACPI bug in newer machines with Intel's Core i7-3517UE or others. ESX5 will freeze on bootup randomly for me.
Welcome to the Community,
which files do you see in the VM's folder? ESXi only delete files which it can associate with the VM, if there are other files (like dunp files, .flp, .iso, ...) they will not be deleted automatically.

Post the content of Terminal Server folder from the datastore view...
I already deleted Terminal Server from the datastore. I think I know, its because it's not instant. When you "delete from disk" it could take up to a few minutes to complete. Before the files in there were part of the VM, .lck (even know the machine was shut down), and other files related to the VM.
