Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0 After ESXi update

hi guys

A customer is just starting a Vmware enviroment just 4 VMs, the project has been a bit slow so I installed ESXi 5.0 (few months ago) and since ESXi 5.0 Update 1 was released I upgraded to to the latest release a few days ESXi 5.0 Update 1

after that one W2008 SP2 x32 started to log a lot of these errors in Event Viwer

Type: Warning

Description: Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued

EventID: 129

This event is slowing down the virtual server

any idea what is going on?

Like I said this started after the upgrade to 5.0 U1, I tried to uninstall and reinstall Vmware Tools. just to let you know unistalling vmware tools took like 4 hours and after the update for vmware tools server keeps logging these errors

any idea?

thanks a lot guys

so far the others VMs look OK we are going to continue testing

thanks
