Can't stage or remediate a host after upgrade to 4.0

I upgrade our Vcenter server to 4.0 this past weekend. I was able to remediate 2 4.0 servers that I moved from a test cluster but am having problems with a 3.5 host.

When I attempt to stage the updates I find the follwing error in the logs:

installController 315 Vib id not found: ESX350-200907404-BG

Any ideas?

VMware Update  Manager 4.x supports patches and extensions staging only for ESX/ESXi  4.x hosts. You cannot stage patches to ESX 3.5 hosts and PXE booted ESXi  hosts.
