non domain vCenter

what happens if I install the vCenter on a stanalone server? not joined to a domain.

works just fine - the only thing you will not be able to do is use domain accounts for access unless they have already been configured on the vCenter machines local users and groups -

If you install vCenter without AD domain - it will work fine. You will not be able to use some features like Linked mode vCenter. But if you don't need them - you are welcome to install in workgroup.

Hi

If vCenter not in the domain, how i manage login users? from local Admin group?

local admin group can logon.

also in vcenter you can give local groups the ability to do things also. just like ad groups.
