Do the VMWare people read this forum??
It is very simple, in the internet options, go to the connections tab and makesure the there is nothing checked in the LAN Settings window, and if nothing is checked, do an IE Reset (After doing RESET, you would loose the passwords which are saved on the personal website)

Someone can help?

I too have the same problem! Can someone in the community help!!!??
First, do you have a View Connection Broker setup?
Can you use a browser to get to it?
Any firewalls on the way?

Thank you for the quick reply.
I am not aware of Connection Broker. Also, when i tried accessing from a webpage, it said "plugin missing" or something. Tried looking, but out of luck.
Could you give me some pointers?
I am able to connect using "VMware Sphere Client" for windows (v 4.1)
But I am running Windows on Mac and want to be able to connect to the server from Mac.
Ok, the VMware View Client is for accessing a VMware View Desktop and is a separate solution from vSphere.
Here is more information about VMware View:

Ah! Now i get it. So, I wanted the VMware vSphere View Client for Mac. Is it available?

try to upgrade your Flash Player to 11
Hi!
If you have upgraded to vSphere 5, use the vSphere WebClient (it´s part of vSphere 5). It´s working for Mac OSX and for iOS Mobile Safari...
JO
I have the latest flash player.
When i use the web based ui, i get this error:
The VMware Remote console plug-in is not installed or could not be found.
Please install the VMware remote console plug-in to access this virtual machine's console

Hello all,
I have the same problem.
Any one know how to fix it?
thanks a lot.
Are you running VMware View?
The VMware VIew Client for MAC OS X is a client to connect to a VMware View Server, its NOT a vSphere Client for Mac.
Have a look here is you are not aware of what VMware View is:
