Anyboy experience this, and know what can be done to address the issue?

vCenter Server 4.1.0 (345043)
ESXi 4.1 (348481)
Prodlem: Trying to enable Storage I/O Control for a datastore that's shared between 10 hosts. When I click on "Enable" for Storate I/O Control, an error window pops up saying the following:
Configure Storage I/O Control on datastore
License not available to perform the operation
Error Stack:
The vSphere 4 Enterprise Plus license for Host [removed] does not include Storage I/O Control. Upgrade the license.
However, the weird thing is that all of the hosts have Enterprise Plus licenses attached to them. I am only getting this error for one of the hosts. I shouldn't be getting this error at all since everything is at Enterprise Plus, yet ... there it is.
