Virtual disk is a mapped direct-access LUN that is not accessible

I have iSCSI storage virtual disk as RDM  that IS definitely accessible to ALL ESX servers (I can see each of the volumes in Storage Adapters - hardware Qlogic HBAs)

The end unit is ECM AX4-5i accessed with MRU NMP

But during the server live migration validation comes back with volumes not accessible error

How to fix it?

I love this bit:

Represent the LUNs in the same manner as the working hosts. For more information, engage your storage array vendor.

Just what I need (if I figure out how)

The solution is pretty easy:

Disable access to LUNs on the array for the server that has the wrong LUN ID assignment
Rescan
Enable the access for ONLY one LUN that needs to be 1
Rescan
This LAN is now no 1, as needed
Enable the access for second  LUN that needs to be 2
Rescan
Do the same for other LUNs if needed

Now all servers have the same LUN assignment
