View 5.0 upgrade Can not connect through security server over PCOIP but RDP works fine

We have upgraded view from 4.6 to 5 and we are no longer able to connect over pcoip through the security server. When connecting remotely if you select rdp everything works fine, but pcoip goes to a black screen and then returns and error message of "The connection to the remote computer ended". Everything was working fine in 4.6 before the upgrade and no setting were changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thank you

Just had this problem too, same solution, External IP had been changed to its internal DMZ IP, switched it back - totally fixed.

I  had the same issue when upgradeing. Check the security server settings in view manager and make sure the PCoIP setting has the IP address of the DMZ facing NIC card.

When I did the upgrade it changed the IP to the internal IP address of our LAN.

Same issue here.  It was working fine with 4.6.  Now pcoip no longer works.  I just get a black screen then it closes out.  I tried internal and external IP, nothing works.

wow, just spent half a day on this issue messing with url's ip addresses, firewalls, etc. turns out the agent needs to be upgraded.  RDP works fine with 4.6 client 4.6 agent and 5.0 security server and connection server but pcoip does not.  Upgraded the agent to 5.0 and problem solved.  Should of thought about that sooner.
