Vcenter permission "storage view" on host and perform update

Hi

I have a strange problem on my ESX/esxi enviroment.

I have made som access groups, and suddenly, the users in these groups are not allowed to perform "update" on the storage view tab on the esx hosts on which the have full permission.

What could go wrong?

Does there have to be set any permission directly on the vcenter server?

Best regards

Hello khoe,

Could you paste an screenshot about the error, check in the vcenter if all the services are ok (green), generally storage status takes some problems.

Hi

It is working fine with a administrator with full privilegies.

But do anyone have any idea what is wrong here?

I do not want to grant full administrator access to my whole vmware cluster.

Same problem here. Of course using the Administrator account is going to work =_=...
