Virtual Machine doesn't answer on esxi 5.0 using Vsphere client 5

Hi,

One of my virtual machine doesn't answer when i'm trying to connect through console on my vsphere client. I'm using esxi 5.0.

The thing is that I have several virtual machine working fine and I don't understand why this one is not working anymore.

When I try to restart the client with Vsphere, nothing happen neither when I try stop it.

Does anybody have an idea of what I have to do ?

on some particular instances the VMs get into unresponsive state. In such cases we've to kill the VM process to bring the VM online.

Follow the steps mentioned under "Using the ESXi 5.0 esxcli command to power off a virtual machine".

I would recommend to contact VMware support since the above steps are a bit off destructive.
