Is the lastest version of Fusion 4 compatible with a MAC with 2.4GHz Intel Core Duo running Lion O/S 10.7.2?

Fusion 4 requires at least a Core 2 Duo processor (see javascript:;). Your older Core Duo processor lacks the 64-bit capabilities on which Fusion 4 now depends, so you won't be able to run it on that system. Sorry!
