What is the best Windows 7 Optimization Guide out there?

I've head EMC has a really good guide, but was wondering if anyone else has any tips/suggestions?  In a nut shell, I have no issues whatsoever with resources for my View environment, if anything we have over architected, so I want to optimize the Win 7 image for performance only, and not because of resource constraints.  Thanks!

This is the same guide Tim just posted but for some reason the link he posted is to an updated version of the guide that doesn't include the commands.txt attachedments, this one does:

http://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-18021

BTW: Optimizing a desktop for VDI cannot be overstated, you really should do this regardless if everything is great, you are just burning cycles, IO becuase Microsoft has things enabled like Tablet controls for no reason.

I have always thought a combination of optimization guides worked best.   Here is the one from VMware, http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/VMware-View-OptimizationGuideWindows7-EN.pdf.

The VMwa re Guide is a great doc and you can also find some tips here : http://www.vmguru.nl/wordpress/2010/07/how-to-optimize-guests-for-vmware-view/ and to Andre's website here: http://myvirtualcloud.net/?p=379

This last resource gathers some links to many optimization guidelines

Cheers
