what is the different connect to VM via RDP and Vmware View Client?
i'm new and still learning VDI, where can i find tutorial for VDI or vmware view manager?

PCoIP is VMWare specific connection protocol.
In the View Client you can choose to use either Remote Desktop Protocol or PCoIP (VMware Protocol)
if i have old PC without OS, is there anyway to connect to VM?
you could install linux
