vSphere 5.0 RC on Xen Server 5.6 - No Adapters Issue

Long story short folks, I've been all VMware fan, but anyways not trying to rip apart the Xen Server 5.6 lab here but this is what I'm trying to do.

Does anyone successfully loaded vSphere 4.x or 5.0 RC using Xen Server 5.6 and virtualize vSphere on nested VM?  When I created the VM using Red Hat 5 x64 bit option as a VM, mounted vSphere 5.0 RC .iso it opens and run through just fine but ended No Adapters found, but I assigned 4 vNICs to this VM already.

Anyone has any tips would be great.  Thanks.

The default virtual NIC for XenServer is a Realtek 8139.   ESXi 5.0 only includes  Realtek 8169 and 8168 drivers.

Give this a try to change XenServer virtual NIC emulation to e1000.  http://www.netservers.net.uk/articles/open-source-howtos/citrix_e1000_gigabit
