When to Stream versus Full

When is it better to stream an application versus doing a full deployment of the app locally? I ask this because we are currently investigating using ThinApp for MS Office. I noted that I can create an MSI or I can stream Office to my workstations. Which is better? When is each appropriate? Thanks in advance.

It all depends on your environment and how you would like to administrate your implementation. Do you have a good network (LAN with low latency and minimum 100Mbps) and you would like to have a very efficient and easy to manage implementation; Streaming would be my option.

If you have branch offices connected to the ThinApp share via WAN, I would say local deployment is much better from an end-user experience point of view.

But you may have many different things being important to you so giving a quick answer is impossible.
