vCloud usage meter time synchronisation

Hi,

Is the vCloud usage meter using NTP or ESX time synchronisation to synchronise time? If the former (NTP) is it possible to configure the used NTP peers for time synchronisation? I do not want to allow the VM to go to the internet to do the time synchronization.

The vCloud Usage Meter is not configured for an Internet NTP source.  VMware Tools is installed on the virtual appliance and as a result time syncronization can be configured against the ESX host or the guest can be configured for an NTP source manually.
