i doubt if cp supports offline mode of moving data files manually.

praveshupadhyay Mar 14, 2011 3:20 AM (in response to AJ)ACtually i have collected the data from the Server which was not having Internet connectivity. I have copied the Outbox folder into the Freshly installed Capcity Planner on my PC which had net connectivity. I provided the Dashboard ID to the Capacity Planner. When i run Synchronise data the Data began to upload.

AJ Mar 14, 2011 3:35 AM (in response to praveshupadhyay)can u check with admin of ur organization, who has admin rights on dashboard and see if the data is getting uploaded properly to the dashboard.
also can you make sure that you are using same credentials on both boxes at client side. simple reason being there could be issue with the user and group ownership of the data that is been uploaded.
