helper world not yielding PCPU on HP ProLiant BL620c G7

Hi all,

we are about to bring some brand new HP ProLiant BL620c G7 blades into production with ESXi 4.1 Update 1.

We installed the servers with the latest HP supplied ESXi image (as of Dec 2010), then installed ESXi 4.1 update 1 and the latest version of the be2net driver (2.103.377.0) for the FlexFabric adapter which helped resolve the issues that are documented here:

However, we still see messages like the following in vmkernel.log:

... vmkernel: 10:06:11:06.193 cpu0:4153)WARNING: CpuSched: 939: world 4153(helper11-0) did not yield PCPU 0 for 2993 msec, refCharge=5975 msec, coreCharge=6374 msec,

I suspect this is still related to the be2net driver. Is anyone else seeing this problem?
Any idea how to identify what the helper11-0 world is actually doing? I can see it with esxtop by expanding the view on the helper world group but this does not give much insight what it is actually good for...
