ALERT: Elf: 3028: Kernel module vfile was loaded, but has no signature attached

Following an Qlogic QMH4062 firmware update, our ESX 4.1 host running on a BL490c blade displays the following alert message in RED on the status screen and is logged in the vmkwarning:

"ALERT: Elf: 3028: Kernel module vfile was loaded, but has no signature attached"

Does anyone have any idea if this is related the QMH4062 BIOS update? I could find no reference or detail anywhere on the web.

  FYI, we resolved this by reinstalling ESXi. Somehow something got corrupted after the update - no idea why. We updated the Qlogic BIOSs on all our other hosts the same way and did not encounter this problem so it was isolated to 1 host.
