Linked clones in ESXi 4

Is there a way to create linked clones of VMs in ESXi 4 just like the way we can create linked clones in VMWare Server. From the Datastore browser you can copy a VM and paste the whole content in another folder created but am more interested if there is a way to create linked clones.
