I am trying to install capacity planner for one of my customers and they have 3 sites, the problem I am getting is that I am getting a VERY slow inventory when this is installed on their central site, now I have been reading around and this could be caused by the fact that the other two sites are connected by WAN connection and not a very good one at that, my idea is to install additional collectors at each of the sites (3 in total) and limit the collection by subnet, however when testing on our own internal network by limiting by IP subnet under the discover tasks it still discovers everything not the limited subnet I have told it to look at, is there a guide anywhere that takes you step by step through configuring a capacity planner install to look at a limited subnet or can anyone assist me in what im doing wrong?
