I am attempting to add another connection server to our 4.6 VDI POC environment. This new connection server, Win2k8 R2, was created from a clone Win2k8 R2 template. Once the clone process was completed, I ran SYSPREP on the server to make it unique in our domain. Upon a few reboots after SYSPREP ran successfully, the mouse has some major lag on the server console. I adjusted the HW accelerator to Full within the Display properties. I also verified the Display was using VMWare SVGA II with a driver of 4/4/2010. The lag/drag is terrible from the console. I really don't want to rely soley on RDP access to connect to the server. Any advise..?
(Since the VDI Connection software is not even installed yet, this is really not a VDI issue.) However, I thought I would bounce it off this unique set of power users 
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated...
