upgrading from 4.5 to 4.6

Can we upgrade to 4.6 during the work day without any downtime?  We have 2 VCS servers, 100 PCoIP terminals, and 1 vCenter server.  We would like to do this during the business day.  What concerns should I be aware of?  The 2 VCS servers are in a replication group.

The best practice is to stop the connection broker services of all the replica partners during the upgrade.  This would cause downtime in the environment.
