Operations Plug-in Error

Hey guys,

I have operations working fine but one of my colleagues gets a plugin error.
It happens no matter what the permission level. I would have thought read-only would suffice as it is just for monitoring
but even with admin rights it does not work.

See the attached image. I cannot enable it. Any ideas?

Can you bring up the above URL using Microsoft Internet Explorer on your machine that has NO problems?

Can your colleage who is having the plugin trouble bring up the above URL in Microsoft Internet Exporer on your colleagues machine?

Perhaps your colleague's machine has inconsistent DNS and reverse DNS entries? See the following:
