Windows 7 Desktops Cannot enable Hardware Acceleration

Using vmware view 4.5. I have 3 desktops that I published for my NOC and the screen acts jittery every time they login and try and move anything. It lasts the entire time they are on. My thought was to enable hardware acceleration just like I would do on any normal server that I run under ESX, but the option is grayed out. Here is the window:

Any thoughts??

From the screen shot above, it was originally set to auto detect and I just changed it to give the machine more video ram. As you can see, the 3d option is also grayed out.

That definitely helped. It has been improved and it's not as laggy as it was, I just wish that I could figure out why I can't do the Hardware Acceleration under windows 7 when I can do it under any of my server VM's.

Thanks for the help!

Already have! Thanks again. And if anyone has any idea about why Win7 won't let me enable Hardware Acceleration, please let me know!
